Fulfilment times

Your order will fulfil and ship out within 2–5 business days for all products and techniques.

Shipping times

UK: 2-4 business days
Europe: 2-14 business days, depending on country
USA & Canada: 3-7 business days
EFTA States: 5-12 business days, depending on country
Australia: 2-5 business days
New Zealand: 4-7 business days

Please remember that these are only estimated times, shipments can get delayed for a number of reasons.

If it’s past your estimated delivery time and you still haven’t received your order, we advise you to contact the carrier and to patiently wait a little longer – even though we recognise it can be frustrating at times.

Shipping Costs

Your shipping cost is generally determined by the weight of the item(s) and the shipping address.

We offer free shipping on all orders above £75.00.

Your final shipping cost can be calculated from the shopping cart and will be displayed during checkout. Keep in mind that countries' import regulations might trigger additional duty fees once the package enters the country.

Customs, Tax, & Duty Fees

International orders may have additional customs, tax & duty fees applied to them by the local customs agency. Unfortunately, we're unable to estimate or prepay these so please be aware that you'll be responsible for any additional fees after the order is shipped. Multiple Shipments

Some items can't be packaged together and will ship as separate parcels – for example, a T-shirt and a mug from the same order will ship at the same time but in different packages. Therefore, it's possible for one of the packages to arrive a little later than the other. If all shipments haven't arrived within the estimated delivery times provided by the tracking information, please Contact Us.

Late & Missing Packages

If you haven’t received any news about your shipment and it’s not marked as delivered on the tracking page, please Contact Us. You have 14 days from the estimated delivery date to do so, and we’ll investigate the problem.

We may ask you to confirm the delivery address, and to get in touch with your local post office.
